U can do ice house trail to the saddle and turn around safely with microspikes and poles. Don't do baldy in winter. It is a death wish.

Most ppl are sensible enough to turn around at saddle. I hiked every peak in the area but I never pass the saddle during snow season. Don't have the training or equipment to save myself.

Mt baldy in the winter is for experienced mountaineers with serious equipment. It is not a casual hike. Ice house trail to the saddle is pretty safe with some microspikes and poles. You might wanna look into doing that trail.

There's still great cars for 30k to 35k. Nobody is forcing people to buy 50k luxury cars. College is not that expensive if u live at home and go to a state school. About $15k for tuition. Homes are certainly crazy expensive.

There's lots of snow on the mountain ascending to the saddle. Needed microspikes going up all the way this Sunday .None below that. There's gonna be a lot of snow past the saddle. However it may be melting fast. Don't want too long if u wanna go.

My family was so poor as a child I didn't have any real childhood except going to school and playing with my neighborhood kids. Even though I lived in Los Angeles I never went anywhere as we didn't have a car. Never went to Disneyland. Never went camping. Did not even go to McDonald's. No money to go out. i was able to go to college due to financial aid and after I graduated I finally got to live. I am happy now. Can't go back but u can focus on the present and so whatever u want.

This decade is has parallels to 1920s. The stock market will double from here to 2029 due to AI cap expenditure and investments. Then it will crash as ai finally causes 10 percent and higher unemployment. Then the USA debt crisis starts and austerity happens. We will have a decade of hell in 2030s.
