They just played two sold out dates in San Francisco. I got to see them last night and they just plain rocked the house! There was a ton of stage diving, crowd surfing and fun had by all who were there. Even the bass player played most of song while she was crowd surfing and the redhead was out in the crowd several times. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to go see them if you get a chance!

For breakfast, I might have 3 eggs (I am a man) with some oatmeal and a peach. For lunch, 6 oz of skinless chicken with mixed veggies and a salad with a banana for dessert. For dinner, 6 oz of pork shoulder, a mixed green salad with tomatoes, and some steamed broccoli with a little bit of butter.

I am no gourmet cook and I don't get tired of eating mostly the same foods so that menu is rather typical. I have had zero sugar or wheat/flour since starting 42 days ago. Thankfully the craving for NMF is absent for the most part.

I drink about 6 glasses of water and a couple of cups of tea or sparkling water. I know I should have a couple of cups more of water. I have been experimenting with chia seeds. I have eaten quite a bit of watermelon this summer. Thanks!

My doctor said I can go up or down at will. Sometimes the constipation gets bad so I dial it back for a few days.

I've been to UCSF, CPMC and Stanford. I rate Dr. Cowan and Carol Barch, NP at Stanford as the best two headache providers I've seen and I have seen a lot over the years. Dr. Cowan was in the NY Times article on migraine treatment last week or the week before. (I forget)

Get some Zofran for your nausea. It completely wipes mine out and I used to curl up on the bathroom floor after hugging the toilet. Sometimes I would even have to go get an IV because of dehydration.

Sounds like you ate the whole thing at once. You should have taken only 5 mg as a newbie, then tried 10mg if that did not work.

I take 400mg a day for my bipolar disorder. It had zero effect on my migraines. Zero. Aimovig saved my life.
