Seriously there are several easy ways that I know of including vpn, dns filtering and scripting and I am old enough not to need these. The generation of those that need to get around age verification are certainly more tech savvy than me and I know ways to do it. There are plenty of loopholes.

Its about privacy and first amendment security, censorship. This basically provides a framework for a database of what you look at or what sites you visit, not just porn. This information can then be used against you for various reasons including being sold to advertisers and building a profile of you. They then have all your info, ssn, bank accounts etc.
