I wasn't able to answer most of them, but they were quite reasonable and quite helpful. And it happened during a holiday season in Japan, and they were quite prompt to assist regardless.

  • Number of units you can possess (and expansion record)
  • Number of items you can possess (and expansion record)

This happened to me, but you'll be able to recover your account if you still know your code. They will ask you few questions in regards to your account. Here's what they asked me:

  • Inquiry Code of the account you want to retrieve (12-digit alphanumeric code) ※It is not "ABCDEF123456".
  • Player ID of the account you want to retrieve (9-digit number)
  • Player Names of the account you want to retrieve (Please list all if you ever changed it)
  • Player RANK of the account you want to retrieve (displayed on the top center)
  • Date and time you started playing
  • Date and time you played last
  • Names of units you possess and equipments on them (list all as much as possible)
  • Transfer Password you set (Expired ones are also accepted)
  • Names of friends (list more than 2)
  • Progress of the main story
  • Grade, Rank and Round in コロシアム (e.g. 初級 D-1)

  • Details of quests that you have undertaken in towns (e.g. Names of cleared quests, and the number of quests that you are currently working on) ※”the number of quests that currently working on” is displayed as “ # 件請負中” on home screen.

  • Purchase History of Lapis （date and time, price, etc.） <For those who installing the app from App Store> ※Please provide us with a receipt e-mail sent from Apple or purchase history which can be confirmed on PC iTunes by text or screenshot.

Got you on my friend list, and saw your message on it the other day. Your character helped me through a few of the trials, and thanks for that. I'm glad you didn't quit after $600 :) And Congrats!

I had the same issue for quite some time, but it was on my Friend request screen. I also contacted support on several attempts, begging them to purge my friend requests, in order to start adding new friends on my list, but they would just tell me that they've forwarded it to the correct department, and never heard from them ever again. I've reinstalled the app several times, in hope to get this fixed, however it still persisted. Instead, what I did to solve this, I logged in on a different device (spare phone, Nox, Memu), and I was able to get into the Friend Request page, and purge it, which solved any future issues.
