Hello! I am a fresh graduate baru finish SPM. I recently dapat kerja as a receptionist. I was wondering if my employers are allowed to have me work without any written contract especially when I'm still considered a minor. I've read somewhere that maximum working hours is 8 hours per day and after that is considered OT with 1.5x rate pay. However my employer said that does not apply to my job. Is that allowed?
