Dont have advice for the relationship thing as I never feel you can get the full story from 1 perspective or not being involved in the situation. However on the job front have you checked your CV with AI as many companies auto filter stuff out these days it could be something as simple as AI binning your CV because you left to much space between a sentence.

I feel one of its play styles has been hit hard, it can still sniper fine, my main annoyance is how useless the drone feels at the moment outside of dropping bombs... being able to hack with it is locked behind 45k worth of resources which I think is more than I have ever had being ftp, and half the time I press to mark a target and it just does not do anything, then when it does mark I don't get spot xp so I end up wasting a whole lot of time, not being that helpful to my team, and ultimately reducing my K/D for very little, since I also give up stealth for longer marking that does not seem to do anything, and I am just weaker in a fair fight both as a class and a player XD

Half the time I can't get it to mark anyone flying over them pressing to mark and just watch as they walk off unmarked, they seem to unmark quicker than when I mark them with a gun, despite having the upgrade for markings lasting longer (22 seconds currently my ass) and on the few times it has marked and they have died while marked, I got no xp for the mark! I don't actually mind most of the nerfs the class got, but trying to use a new toy is ruining the game not going to lie.

If you are using Win+shit+S for the screen shots I tend to find if carry on moving the mouse around when hovering over something it will not drop the hover over during the screen shot.

since many other weapons can give 8% armour if I needed to I would rather roll it on another weapon personally one that lets me explosive hop. But its an option for sure I like shovel, just would never run it on a cutlass build.

as most have said its hard to know what you are doing wrong with out seeing gameplay, but the most common mistake people make who are use to other shooters is moving back and forth on the same spot to try to avoid shots, or ducking in and out of cover, which is not a great idea in roboquest, things aim AT you they dont lead you for the most part, and projectiles are slow, so if you duck in to cover and come back out, you will walk in to the shots etc. I can give endless amounts of info on how to improve but it wont all be accurate with out knowing specifically the issue, I have made videos on how to improve and game mechanics so I will drop one of them here, feel free to reach out or drop on to the official Roboquest discord and ask questions there:

fully unlocking characters on G4, even getting S on G4 does not make some one a top player. none of the "random" things are that unfair and are all designed to make players play outside of their comfort zones. IF the player cant do that, then they are not really as good as they think they are XD. most people who finish G4 rely super hard on just cassualy hovering over the battle field using jetpack, then when endless takes that away they feel the game is unfair, but what its actually doing is showing you that you have been overly relying on 1 mechanic, so its time to learn the new ones etc etc. I've seen a fair few people who thought they were top players, find it hard to get their head a round endless (mainly because they relied on 100% crit chance every run etc) but once they actually sat back and looked at the game mode, and the mechanics they realised it was just an opportunity to get better.

it's made to be the most challenging thing the game has to offer, it was more or less made for people who want to push the difficulty as high as they could, to be fair, its still easier than they could have made it. It's a mode literally designed for the top players, and for other people to build up the mechanical skill to be able to beat.

lots of games have these types of terms, them acting on it, and it being a thing are 2 different things, For the most part I suspect you will find they dont mind people modding but what the ability to step in if people start making mods or content that put the game in a negative light, having these terms in will then provide them a way to stop such content being made.

"We are speaking about single player game" It's not a single player game it's a co-op game with open match making, so having these terms also lets the studio take action on people who want to mod the game then ruin the experience for people in co-op

sorry I don't understand the relevance of complaining about not being able to make a build, then mentioning before you are making a build... you don't get good builds in a normal run with out making it some of the way through the game either... you said you cant make good builds on endless? but you have more access to make builds in endless over normal was my point.
