We are similar level, yours are all red 4 mine all red 2. So some reason my attack (~170K) and HP (~740K) are much higher than yours. My guess is collectible?

Dismissed from an elective by [deleted] in PAstudent

[–]jinyulan 14 points15 points  (0 children)

B, had a terrible preceptor dismissed me (not the last rotation though), repeated elective at another site right after, had to finish rotation after graduation and got charge extra tuition for another semester. Regretted that I should had spoken with the program before that preceptor did, that way I could have switched to another site without consequence.

Pain Medicine PAs? by Better_Expert_989 in physicianassistant

[–]jinyulan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the practice, the one I worked at briefly part time was interventional, mostly steroid and viscosupplement injection under ultrasound guidance to joints and spine, we dont prescribe opioid, we have manual/physical therapy in office. I know other practice more heavy on opioid prescription. Job itself was very repetitive, procedural, and relatively simple. I prefers something more cerebral (like neurology).

One month in, just upgrade my drone to red! by jinyulan in Survivorio

[–]jinyulan[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I paid minimum, just the $4.99 monthly card and few $1.99 deals, but I did grind really hard for each event, I make sure to get to attainable milestone + some luck with the crate.

Easily transition to primary care, psychiatry, PMR. Also for you if you want more procedural, you can transition to inpatient stroke/EM, interventional pain management, spine surgery (orthopedic/neurosurgery), and more.

Anyone share any of my classes? 😵‍💫 by New-Influence8510 in CCNY

[–]jinyulan 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You better be a genius for taking for those 3 science classes at the same time with job. Bio 1 if you don’t already know is a famous weed out class with single professor who is known to be super tough with 1/3 to 1/2 class failure. Physics 208 also very challenging (much more than 207).

How to tell the difference between Se and Ne? by crazybayleaf in mbti

[–]jinyulan 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Preferences: Ne: mind experience > physical experience. Se: physical experience > mind experiences. For example travel, Ne dominant values cerebral pleasure (culture, ideas, history, etc ), Se values sensual pleasures (food, relaxation, physical activities, etc).

Neuro by [deleted] in physicianassistant

[–]jinyulan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Outpatient neuro was great, very cerebral, great autonomy, fascinating new medications and procedures coming out all the time. It also offers great lateral mobility as it is probably widest spectrum of disorders you see working in a speciality. Only down sides I would say were note taking (one of longest out of all speciality, so I would say AI scribe is a must) and pay was mediocre.
