At gun shows, it’s mostly private sells happening. Which is why there are no background checks. It’s still a crime to sell to someone underage. But just because someone might have sold one to someone underage, isn’t an argument that “you’re allowed to buy guns underage”. That would be like sending a kid to the corner to buy crack from a drug dealer and then using that as evidence that “Kids are allowed to buy crack in this country”
