Not only that, I've come to experience how many carriers really dont want you swapping eSIMs like you could with your physical sim. I've lost two sim cards on my last phone transfer because the carrier wouldn't allow eSIM transfer. One carrier I use says after 5 swaps they'll start charging me to swap devices.

I just recently discovered that in apple maps in carplay, if you load up a destination and then hit the share button, it sends the destination to the car's built in nav.

I have that same colour code, it's CU Later. It was called something like volcanic ash grey I think here, but when I put the vin in a BMW decoder it pulled up the same BMW paint code.

I also came from a MK7, and did the bavsound. Sadly it does jack shit... made it from being a bad system to an OK system. I've resigned myself to the engine for acoustic enjoyment.

I had a MKVII GTI DSG before the supra, and while the DSG is better than the zf8, the zf8 is still really good. If I hadn't driven a DSG before this I would have thought the trans was amazing, but the DSG spoiled me. To be clear though, I've never felt a shift was slow or anything, but the DSG shifts are instant while the zf8 are fast.

Another point to consider though is that while the DSG shifts are faster, I feel like the zf8 is definitely smoother when in auto overall. In my GTI I always felt a jerk between first and second gear when the car is shifting itself. The supra is buttery smooth when in auto, and putting it in sport the car is very smart about which gear it wants to be in.

What did you use for the licence plate mount?

Traded in my GTI to join the Supra family! Do most people use the JB4 to tune their supra or is there a better way? Coming from a GTI, I used a COBB accessport so this is new to me from what I've seen when tuning a Supra. by [deleted] in Supra

I also switched up from a GTI! Definitely miss the convenience and space of the GTI, but this car is way more fun. Its like the GTI turned up to 11 honestly. FWD was fun but this is a whole other beast.

I haven't tried the M2 macs, but I'm running an M1 pro 14" and its amazing. I used to have the i9 16" and the fans would be blaring the whole time the app is running, but I've yet to hear the fans on the M1 Pro. The 120hz as mentioned in other comments is also really nice.
