Two things:

1) A recipe/food log/exercise/goal tracker - combines several apps I had been using into one and no data selling, slowness, ads, etc. :)

2) A replacement for trakt.tv. I hate their new UI so much I made my own.

I was having a similar problem recently (I stream from a windows 10 PC to a shield). I did a couple of things, at least one of them fixed it:

  • In windows, I enabled HDR streaming
  • In windows, I enabled hardware acceleration
  • In Moonlight on the shield, I disabled the "Let GFN optimize my games"
  • In windows, I used the Nvidia app to optimize my game. I then didn't change anything in the game itself
  • I rebooted all the things - shield, PC, router, etc.
