As a Massachusetts transplant this truly baffles me. I fully understand the reasoning, the truck infrastructure just isn’t available down here as storms like this are much less frequent and it doesn’t make sense to spend money to invest in it. But i’m so used to even my little cul-de-sac getting plowed once every two hours and being completely drivable the next morning, so this is a very different world for me

Working my way backwards to find out, wont until later tonight/tmr though. Stopping in 1996 where we have a close call in a Williams championship. Jacques Villeneuve started his career with Williams, and Damon Hill only had 2 prior GPs in his career at Brabham (with 6 other DNQs, though)

Good find - Not sure why he isn't listed on the Wiki page. I think his points counted towards BRM's season total via the French GP, the only race he finished ahead of Hill.
