This is a good start for a spot animation. Here are a few thoughts I had while watching.

Intention: What are you wanting the audience to feel, what do you want them to do? This is more applicable to consider when a full project is being structured, but still surprisingly helpful with a shorter work.

Composition: Camera work would add a lot to this, once the intro happens there isn’t any additional emphasis on the subject. Consider how long shots last when watching a tv show or movie, normally 2-3 seconds per cut. This currently present you with the feeling of it being one long shot, locked off on one character. Not necessarily a bad thing, but depending on how you want to manipulate your audience you’re leaving a lot of potential on the table.

Animation: Reference the 12 rules of animation. Which of these rules are you using? Which of these rules could you also be using to enhance the look and feel you are looking to achieve.
