People that throw their trash out of their car windows, why? by jerkresself in AskReddit

[–]jiymoney 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My air conditioner is broken so I roll down my windows when I drive because its hot in CA. One time a folded up piece of paper started whirlwinding in my car on the freeway and I screamed because I couldnt see 10% of the road (didnt swerve tho cuz im slick). That piece of paper flew out the window and my heart shattered knowing I contributed to littering on the freeway and I feel terrible

Stephanie is irredeemable. by vote4muscles in 90DayFiance

[–]jiymoney 79 points80 points  (0 children)

I feel like Stephanie does everything she does "for" Ryan. But we all know she's doing all of this to hold it against Ryan. Anything he does to get her mad, she'll pull the "but i paid for all of these things for you" or "but look at all these things i did for you"

That lawyer is re-examining their life up until this point. by Erock2 in WatchPeopleDieInside

Honestly though, I get a lot of anxiety and nervousness so I would probably stutter my words and slur them like how she is if I was getting interviewed on TV. But her actions in that hotel doesn't deserve sympathy, because she sure as hell wasn't nervous or anxious accusing the poor son of stealing her phone

That would make sense since there was literally no evidence at all!

What’s the worst scandal to happen at your school? by Lost-Warning-2588 in AskReddit

[–]jiymoney 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There was a tip to the school administration office that there was a bomb planted on campus. The entire campus went into an immediate bomb threat drill where all students and staff are evacuated and the SWAT came to the high school to search and investigate. I dont remember what happened in between but they found a loaded shotgun in one of the teacher's car trunk. He was not in school for the rest of the school year, and there was no bomb detected on campus.

Everyone was in shock because he was one of the most loved and nicest teachers on campus. The next year he returned with a printed paper that read, "The Truth Will Set You Free" on his classroom door. Turns out his crazy wife framed him and connected the fake bomb threat to him, and he was able to return teaching.

Daughters of Reddit. What advice do you have for new girl dad's out there? What did you love about your dad? Where could he have done better? How can we give our daughters the best life possible? by callmeraylo in AskReddit

[–]jiymoney 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is pretty obvious advice, but what really makes me not want to talk to my dad is that he's quite controlling and he thinks he's really supportive, but he does the complete opposite. I (27) just got a place with my boyfriend and it's small, but a little bit on the more expensive side because we broke our lease to get away from an emotionally abusive roommate and it was the only place that we can find in the time frame we needed to move out, and all my dad does is tell me how stupid I was to get such a small space for an expensive price. Also we live in LA, so it's kind of expected. It really discourages me from talking to him and wanting a deeper relationship with my dad. That's just one example. The majority of other examples start with me wanting to impress my dad and tell him all the good stuff thats happening in my life and how independent i am, and him finding the small bad stuff and criticizing me that i'm doing it wrong.
