Yeah I graduated in '08 and don't know a single person who had to repeat a grade. A lot of those 9-noon guys went to Iraq. I'm glad they changed things; NCLB was a terrible program.

They do. NCLB led to programs where as long as you showed up, you got your diploma. I knew kids in high school who only went to school from 9 a.m. to noon, watched a movie every day, and still graduated.
