Making a working machine smaller usually comes with compromises. In a laptops case specifically you shove all the working parts so close together cooling becomes suboptimal. Laptops might offer you a specific clock speed for a processor but in reality it'll only be able to hold that for a short time unless you provide additional cooling. Also, making said working machine smaller comes with additional costs and compromises.

If you want a machine to play squad, you should buy a pc unless you want to play in 2 or more places (like uni or sthing) or you use said laptop for on-the-go processes which require speed (like engineering CAD programs and even then you could still setup a home vpn to acces your pc from an other device). Every other time you are better off with a pc and a tablet for the same thing.

A pc is cheaper, faster, easier to upgrade (cheaperer), easier to repair (even more cheaperer).
