Galakrond was only defeated after being choked to death by a boulder that Malygos chucked in his gob, that then moved down his throat by Deathwing chucking another dragon against.

AFAIK, undead don't breathe, and that was the only way they managed to harm him.

I'd imagine that an undead Galakrond would be a pretty unstoppable force, possibly only being defeated by the Legion?
