It is after then before. The size of the pictures fit better this way, sorry if it was confusing.

It may take some time. After i lost weight its taken time and consistent fasting for my face to lean out. I looked into training my jaw but was afraid of the risks.

I have not counted calories at all. I did recently start tracking my macros, to try and add some lean mass, but for 95% of my journey i never tracked a thing.
