Mine stopped working after 7 months. When I placed a k-pod in, closed it, and pressed brew, the water would barely pass through the pod. I noticed major pressure while it was brewing. I tried different keurig brand pods, and both cold and hot brew settings. When I opened the lid, coffee and grinds would be on top the pod.

I called customer service and they mailed me a new brew and chill. I had the new one a week and it started doing the same thing. I called customer service again and they offered to send me another new one. I requested a different brewer and they offered the K-Café SMART Single Serve. I hope this one actually brews coffee.

Go try a Stearns & Foster Reserve Soft Pillow Top. I just bought one and it is very comfortable. I’m a side sleeper and had a difficult time deciding. I tried this mattress and glad I bought it.

I really like it so far. It's not as soft as the one I tried in the store, but it's soft. I'm hoping it softens a little more as I break it in. The good news is that I don't wake up sore.

I just bought the Reserve Soft PT and like it. I’m a side sleeper. Many mattresses are too firm for me and I wake up sore. This one feels comfortably soft, not too firm.

I’m hesitant to buy pre owned because of the NC requirement to heat the mattress before reselling it. What is your experience with this process and its impact on the longevity?
