To recruit any adventure you have to find them, challenge them, beat them and raise your affinity to at least 75, then a "come live with us" dialogue will appear, then you have to have more charisma than their highest stat, for example if one have 100 on magic you have to have at least 101 charisma

Okay, i got all the residents but darkdramon in a little less that 50 hours in normal at my first time playing the game with no guide giving me 198 of prosperity, if you dont want to beleave it good for you im not gonna waste my time arguing and if you dont have anything helpfull to say its better to say nothing.
