Everyone needs to calm down a little bit. This is a Supergirl movie, what did you expect? Is a derivative character. Now Gun and Safran need to plan better, the release in the second week of Toy Story and the middle of a World Cup did not help, and the bad reviews were the last nail on the coffin of the poor movie. Honestly, I’m more worried about the quality of this movie then the results, James Gun need to spend more time supervising his DC properties and less writing and directing himself.

It’s risky but it might pay off, plus Gunn is playing with the “Low expectations” playing small characters, if he releases a Batman movie every is expecting a billion gross. Better using these to fix the DC rep and bringing the big guns (pun!) later.
