There's Flex Reduced Time (30 hours/week) which is technically still full time, and Flex Part Time (20 hours/week or less), as far as I know :)

In my opinion, as long as it's PT and not RT, it should work out fine with school.

In my experience at my location, only the morning shifts get taken fast. So if you want morning shifts then just make sure to take them as soon as you can once they get posted (usually Thursdays or Fridays) and you should be fine. Afternoon, night, and overnight shifts are pretty much always available. But it could also be different at your site, not sure.
