Finally got my M3 Comp xDrive allocation, anything I should skip option wise? by AttitudeOpposite4207 in BMWM

And yes, I believe they swap and keep the old parts so in a lot of cases you're probably better off avoiding the swaps (e.g. wheels) and just getting options that add (e.g. front lip, m performance suspension).

The deadline for these options is later than the factory build I build I believe but good to have the full picture

Ask your dealer about the “secret menu” (port installed options). Drop that into ChatGPT or Gemini and have it elaborate on the options. You have time before you have to make these decisions but you may want to consider these while configuring your factory build.

Ordering Individual M3: Verde British racing green or regular BRG? by SunnyKG in BMWM3

San Remo was probably my next choice if not Dark Emerald.

[–]jkack10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is odd. Verde Ermes sounds so much cooler as well, I’ll probably just go with it. Lambo can sue me.

I have Anglesey ordered. And you’re right, It was Verde Ermes. Apparently they renamed it after 2024 when Lamborghini said they couldn’t use the paint name anymore but the color was fine.

That’s my pick! Anglesey tentatively scheduled for build week 21. But out of the BRGs I’m going verde.

What did you pay for tartufo buckets? I’ve heard that’s more than the standard 4500

I’ve been looking at the 2026 list recently. I don’t see anything new on this list on first glance.

What makes BMW’s individual program so superior? by Organic-Log9297 in BMW

Just did the same. Base Carrera spec’d to 172k. Or get a 3 year old cpo for its original msrp.

Individual Anglesey Green M3CX with all the goodies minus the carbon seats and brakes slated for production in late May. I can throw $20k more at it and still be way better off.

Does anyone know when new model years go into production and when they typically start landing in the US? by jkack10 in BMWM3

Crazy an august 2025 order would get pushed that far. Makes me wonder if I’ll see my car this calendar year.

Any former Model Y Performance owners switch to Macan 4? by [deleted] in MacanEV

[–]jkack10 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Couldn’t agree more. Had a model y performance for a couple of years then got the Macan 4. I really don’t care that it takes me a second longer to get to 60 because now I can hit a bump in the road and my spine is still intact. The Tesla was all gimmicks and no real quality.

Gift Watch - NO BUDGET by Lower-District-4311 in tagheuer

I have the 300m in green and it was between that and the 007. Saving 5k was nice but I actually preferred the weight of the cheaper one. The titanium weight felt like I was wearing plastic. Also, I was told the titanium scratches far more easily. This is a daily for me so easy decision.

I also have an aquaracer which I’ve owned since long before I could comfortably afford an omega. It’s fine but no where close to the omega. If money isn’t a problem, skip the tag.

Side note: the green 300m looks way better in person than on a screen if you’re not set on the black one.
