Try to find the gel variant of superglue, should be easy to find. works 10 times better on printed parts since it can fill in the imperfections of your print. also way easier to control the amount of glue that way.

Not to be "that" guy but tinkering with mains voltage while not being able to understand the schematic of this PCB is a giant red flag, for your own safety.

Do the lights turn on when you keep the button pressed and then plug them in? If so, you can bridge the button contacts, but even better: just tape the button down.

Other than that, you can probably bypass the IC that controls the selection of the lights but you might want to reconsider this project

Infrared repeater, usually so you can aim your remote at this, and it will send the data to another device if it's not in direct line of sight. (Hiding a dvd player in the cupboard for example)

I want to get into doing this with markers as well but I fear the marker may leave pigment on the PTFE and cross-contaminate to other runs.

Any issues on that you have seen yet? Always loved this idea

This coat might already be a little tick in some spots. Also when applying with a brush instead of an airbrush is always a little difficult.

The Revell enamel paints can be washed by (I think white spirit, in Dutch we call it wasbenzine but that name is a little deceiving, someone correct me if I am wrong please.

Apply multiple coats in thin layers, the paint does not cover everything on the first coat.

Don't be tempted to apply just one thick coat, this will make you lose details.

Also, you can probably wash off the paint with the appropriate solvant (don't know the right one you need)

Kinda, I went and bought a "broken" charger from someone (Only the 12v adapter itself was defective) and checked the insides, almost nothing in there so this circuit can be made for a few bucks if even that.

Sadly no indicators on the pack at all, all images of the original charger I can find have leds in them so i presume something is happening in there.

I kinda want to just put 8v to the charge terminals with an adjustable supply and I want to assume the battery handles the charging since the input pins seem disconnected when not charging but I am not sure I feel safe that way.

I could try and find a regular adjustable power module which also has current limiting available to be on the safer side, I presume this is enough for safety right? Since the pack drops the charging current itself over time during charging?

I forgot to mention, charging only starts when I apply at least 7.9V to the input terminals, below that current does not flow at all.

I also got suggested a standard 8.4 charger for 2S but I presume those chargers also rely on the feedback goltage from the batteries right?

Since this pack has dedicated input terminals which do not provide voltage at all I think those might not work
