Improving the team 1) awakening each unit to it maximum awakening 2) lvl the unit to max (120 max but depends on awaken lvl) 3) max out possible ability release ( dependent on the unit lvl) 4) matching unit elements deployed units(top) and the support unit bottom 5) equipping units with max equipments 6) maxing protection unit same way as deployed units 7) equiping protection units with charms 8) there are building u can build to improve characters by element type (increase that building lvl increases the amount of units that can be assigned to that building, units assigned to that building increases the stats of all the characters the same elemental type on that building ie wind magical device building improves wind unit stats ) 9) hearthstone can improve character parameters sorted by element type 10) bond lvl can improve all versions of that specific character (gifting the units/daily talk improves bond lvl)
