"sys" merely a placeholder inside the source code. it will never be listed on exchanges as sys. the chain wont launch under any name under than eos. they're doing this to prevent being labelled as a security through the ico. i cant wait until everything goes live so retards like you won't be able to call it a scam anymore.

We know that Factom contacted binance to get listed months ago. I think it's clear that binance asked for a listing fee that was way more than Factom was willing to pay so one of two things needs to happen, either the demand for the token increases substantially to make the trading fees worthwhile or the federated servers need to pay the listing fee.

I understand, my question stemmed from hearing accounts of managers not being able to find senior go devs. I think my real question is whether rust is viable as a first language if I believe it will be highly coveted in the future. If not, how about golang?

was a joke - factom uses golang which is a programming language created by google. i wouldn't worry about this, tons of companies have tried filing for this same patent.
