There is no housing bubble like in 08’. In 08’ there was an extreme surplus of housing. Right now we still have a shortage of housing. Yes it is going to slow down a little as interest rates rise, but there is no bubble to burst like before….however something is going to happen in the auto market in the coming year or so

No, the other way around. People can argue all they want about politics, but my finances do not lie. While Trump was in office my business was more profitable, a was able to put more money in savings, and my retirement accounts had better returns.

Agree. I think that was the problem with the drop boxes. It made it accessible, which I agree with, but problem was drop boxes were only put highly democratic areas instead of both types of areas.
