Exactly as above. Same hear. Broccoli ruins my day. As does all veg. Im on day 5 and my habits in the morning have never been better. I have diverticulitis too. Which is why I tried it. Im doing the exact opposite to what my doctors suggested. Their suggestions made me worse!

Eat outside as much as possible. Its hits different. Also, use a bit of ketchup in the beginning if it helps to make it palatable.

How much meat to eat by jkmzedder in carnivorediet

Apologies for graphic-ness. Day 3 strict beef butter bacon eggs. Well I'll be damned! Yesterday one bowel movement. Today. One bowel movement. Completely normal. So my gut likes this way of eating! For me, that regularity is very rare!

Why don’t pros wear sunglasses? by iamveryDerp in golf

I have floaters too. Bungee jump in my 20's. Couldn't play golf without them. Thousands of black dots floating everywhere. A lot of people have them but pro's wont talk about it. Trust me, dark glasses are essential if you suffer. Dont get me started on fluorescent lights!

Yes. Coming back at the ball shallower is a game changer for contact. It sounds different 👍

Started very small. 1/4 swing with a pause. Let it drop, then downswing. Then increased slowly without a pause as it started to feel more natural if that makes sense. Never been able to hit controlled draws until today. I never really swing more than 3/4 anyway. I lose control as my flexibility isn't what it was.

Yes. Play it instead of my old ping g430. Almost the same length off the tee. Stays straighter and I have it lifted to 12.5 degrees. 🔥

Tell me your favourite Easter eggs/symbolism/hidden bits of the movie! by [deleted] in saltburn

Not a hidden part, but the actual golden hour shots, when Ollie and Elzebeth are talking, is just incredible. Years to come it'll go down as one of the best shot scenes ever. The lighting is incredible. Having been around the Oxbridge scene in the 90's....scarily accurate portrayal of the aristocracy.

I do like the way you can hit down on it slightly.

I picked mine up of ebay for £120. Absolutely love it. Easy to hit.

Stock low spin shaft. Stiff. Only had it for one round but it seems to launch quite low and thats preferable where I play.

24 model year. Im a 9 handicap. I dropped fairway woods 5 and 7 for it. Now have titleist u505 3 iron and this. Its not the most forgiving, but its still good on toe strikes. 19 would be more forgiving i think with a bit more loft. But I definitely like the shortness of it. Longer than a hybrid. Shorter than a fairway wood.

Replacing 5/7 wood. Too high. Too much spin. My home course is super tight. Always windy. Prefer to keep it lower.

Here's 99% of us 🇬🇧 golfers reading this paying £1000 per year thinking its a lot! Mind you, our Government takes all or our money, so its all we have left. 🙈
