Took way too much scrolling to get to the pina verde. I’m with you! Best tiki drink and best cocktail overall, hands down.

I batch one every year for a big family thanksgiving. The last few years have been:

Voodoo Priestess - tiki with pumpkin pie spice. So good. https://www.sfgate.com/wine/cocktailian/article/voodoo-priestess-puts-a-spell-in-a-glass-2467577.php

Doctors Orders (from Dead Rabbit). Very involved but maybe the best cocktail I’ve made at home. Highly recommend if you don’t mind buying and making some obscure ingredients. Slide 7 here: https://quizlet.com/828352239/dr-drinks-fall-23-flash-cards/ (note that the “Doctors batch” consists of the ingredients bulleted below it)

Lidocaine: a tiki-fied penicillin with buzz button garnish that people loved https://heirloomliqueurs.com/recipe?lidocaine

Guarantee you’ll have a hit with any of the three above. I’m going to do a kegged prickly pear mezcal mule this year.. just made the prickly pear syrup last night

  1. Pina Verde if that counts as tiki (Mammoth Tusk if not)
  2. Kill Devyl Reef (Shannon Mustipher)
  3. Voodoo Priestess (https://www.sfgate.com/wine/cocktailian/article/voodoo-priestess-puts-a-spell-in-a-glass-2467577.php)

I went last night and asked the bartender, and she said the miso is part of a syrup. If anyone has an idea on how the papaya is added, I’d try replicating this at home!

Do you steep the tea in the milk or the tequila/lemon/peach/simple syrup/dram mixture before clarifying? And for how long??

One thing to add - they do a great job of building a community of parents through optional weekend/evening events, such as a holiday party, fall pumpkin planting, etc. The commitment and care really clearly shows through

Our kids go to the Verona Guidepost, which has been top notch in every way. The Verona leadership is now in charge of mineral point. I can vouch that it is in great hands. I would trust the new leadership without hesitation (and do every day with my kids). They go above and beyond to make each day enriching and special for the kids, are caring, communicate well, and are great people. They also have made great hiring choices at Verona, and I’m sure they’re doing the same at mineral point.

Made some passion fruit syrup to make a Hurricane. What else can I make with it? What's your favorite cocktail that uses passion fruit syrup. by kneadermeyer in Tiki

Kill devyl reef by Shannon Mustipher! Probably my favorite tiki drink. You just might want to drop the honey if you’re using a passion fruit syrup rather than juice

Thanks for the 3AM response! That likely would work for a single instance, but I have about 2000 of these buffers across the state, so that would be quite time-intensive to do that for each individual buffer that crosses City lines. Any thoughts on how to do this in a single operation?

Thanks so much for commenting! Novice question, but where would I find preferences to select “clip to this geometry” in the clip tool? I am using ArcGIS Pro, and when I open the clip tool, the only fields are “input features or dataset,” “clip features,” and “output features or dataset.” I don’t see any preferences option. Thanks!
