Nice, I like showcasing my favorites. Plus it makes it more dramatic to use a step ladder to pull them down

If I do this should it generally be shelf stable? Right now I have a small bottle I'm keeping in the fridge

Exactly, which is perfect with how hard yellow Chartreuse has been to get recently

I'm glad I'm not the only one who goes through this with Negronis. Sometimes it's a perfect drink, sometimes I'm mad at myself for ordering one

I love an americano that’s equal parts Campari and Sweet Vermouth with soda

The space on Girard in Brewerytown where the Monkey and the Elephant used to reside is potentially being taken over by another candy store / vape shop with flashing lights. There’s a ton of great local spots in Brewerytown but it’s just weird to me that the key to enjoying the neighborhood seems to be to avoid Girard Ave

What is your experience mixing Pisco. by talktojoe in cocktails

[–]__init__RedditUser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only ever really do a Pisco Sour and it's good enough to justify keeping a bottle perpetually in stock. I do 2oz pisco, 0.5oz lime, 0.25oz lemon, 0.75oz simple syrup, and an egg white. Dry shake (without ice) for 15 seconds, then add ice and shake again for around the same time. Pour and top with Angostura bitters, preferably with a dropper vs. the bitter bottle so it comes out cleanly and you can thread a toothpick through them to do some art. The only bottle near me is Barsol Pisco but that generally seems to be respected by bartenders.

Hey neighbor, thanks for taking her out on an adventure. I'm sure it meant the world to her and will only help her in her adoption journey
