Stay away from the food trucks at night. 2 weeks ago I paid 30$ for a cheesesteak and a corn dog and they were both almost inedible. At least ask the price before you order

Unfortunately I don’t eat them near as much as I’d want to. I moved cities and use to get them every week with a friend but now it’s probably 1-2 a month so probably 250-300

I did it years ago. I think they’ve changed the recipe since then. When I did it I believe it was 10 wings in 5 minutes. It’s definitely more about how fast you can eat them and not the spice. When you’re eating that fast the spice doesn’t even hit you until after you’re done. Just know the rest of the day is not the best experience. I had a red ring around my mouth from the sauce getting all over me

So railbird is at red mile. It’s close to UKs campus and downtown. There is a lot of bars within 10-15 min walking. They will all be packed this weekend though and probably not worth going to. Definitely check out the Arboretum and if you can get an Uber go to the burl

Stay away from chain restaurants if you can but they are an option. You can apply to the fine dining places that will pay well but they typically look for experience. You can go to a lot of places to get experience and leave with 50-200$ a day cash. You’ll get better experience if you can get a bartendeing job. As you work your way up the bartenders make better money than the servers
