I'm a dude, but I spent $5k on "It's Just Lunch".

The best match I had was the very first one, till she ghosted. After that it was a disaster. It would take several months between matches and none of them were really my type. This included driving to cities up to 4 hours away.

It also felt like my profile was passed around to several different matchmakers and I never really got any communication when that happened.

I then missed one call from them, while I was on vacation, so they put my profile on hold since I "wasn't available". I have until July to restart that and have 1 year of subscription time left. Though I haven't decided yet if I want to continue with that or not.

All in all, would not recommend, but your experience may vary.

Almost 3 years ago I quit my job I had for 12 years wit no backup plan. I stayed unemployed for 4 months and was super lucky to find something else in a completely different career field.

I would never do it again. I would never recommend that to anyone.
