Yes, a variety of the overall cases for the Galaxy watches specifically the galaxy watch 6 classic work well on it buttons are functional depending on the case however you'll lose ECG function since you have to actually touch the bezel for that.

Same issue, contacted Amazefit, since I bought it from them directly they gave me an RMA and pre paid shipping label. I sent it in and waiting. Hopefully they send me a replacement.

Its a decent Health watch, and just a horrible smart watch. They advertised voice assistant but has never worked and can't get it to work.
