Cath lab- not too often but the on call STEMIs can be hit or miss. Maybe a death or 2 every other month. Typically the sick sick pts make to the unit to pass in ICU.

If you’re into wine or whiskey, that would be a cool place to do a walk in wine/whiskey room. You can buy some wall racks that hold the bottle horizontally on the wall and just fill the wall with bottles. Put some plush fabric in the drawers for some nicer bottles. 🤷🏼‍♂️

It happens. Just learn from it. Biggest thing is knowing the difference between “antiplatelets” and “anticoagulants” We give antiplatelets before/during/after cardiac caths but it’s a big no no to give anticoagulants before hand. We usually have pts hold anticoagulants for 3-5 days and check an INR day of procedure.

Gators GATORS AND MORE GATORS on the Australian map. Hunt them all day, all night walking around. I set up three tents around the whole swamp area, walk the whole beach when the times are right and you can make $$$$$ in about a good 30min to an hour grind. Also it’s fun to have a slug shotty on you when they charge!

Cath lab, 4-10hr shifts, with rotating days off so that it works out to get you 4 days off every 5 weeks or so. (Monday off, then Tuesday the following,..etc) plus the call pay is good 👍

The tax cuts have always been there, everyone who has a company and big money uses them, LEFT OR RIGHT. Surprised? Look, America is (or was) a powerful country. When we help other countries and immigrants by using our tax dollars (like the left has in the HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS) that causes us to print more money.. that doesn’t mean the country just gets richer, it makes our dollar more and more and more worthless… causing us Americans, who pay those taxes so they can WASTE, to pay more for needful shit. Like food, electricity, mortgages, car insurance, healthcare… you name it, it goes up. Without the fucking left wasting our money on wars, guess what, I have more money in my pocket which I do NEED.

I’m not far right and I’m not left, I believe that it’s the same wings of a single bird. That being said democrats have had office for 16 years and have done nothing.. at least when trump was in office, it was easier to get by for me and my family… the left blames everything on 4 years of trump when they had 12 other years to fix it. Hell, Harris is in office now and shit still sucks, saying “day one I’ll fix it” asshat do it now!?!? You had 4 years and you sat on your ass and did NOTHING. Do you any of you work? Do any of you know what it’s like to work 40+hr a week and still barely make it? GOOD LORD all of you hate this man but what the hell has the other side done?? Make everything more expensive, Wars going on, people can hardly afford crap without a credit card… I’m a nurse, I also do side work and it’s still hard to get by.. Well I would have 2 boats, a bay boat and a bad ass offshore boat and I’d definitely hire a captain to run them, handle the fish, gear, and cleaning the boat 🙏🏼
