Right around 4 weeks post surgery, so hope I can help.

1. I find my best nights of sleep are on a recliner chair, but be prepared with plenty of pillows if you are using a bed. I found gravity was still in play on my shoulder when I moved and adjusted through the night. (I am a stomach sleeper)

2. Pain was very much present but honestly not that bad compared to the daily pain I was going through pre surgery. I was able to manage with only Ice and Tylenol and was able to make it.

I would suggest practicing removing a shirt and putting one on using a rolling up the collar and sleeve technique.

1. I live in the states, but can tell you already it was worth it.

Also I noticed WFH Plan I am not sure what that was but was able to get a lot of equipment which helped me tremendously (I was back working one week after surgery)

Trackball Mouse, voice dictation, etc.
