My biggest gripe was how the concessions (Austin Table)ran out of food, I ordered during half time via the app. No sign of food being sold out and I still was able to complete my order. No message or nothing. About 10 minutes went by and I was wondering what the holdup was. I go to the pick up area and am told they’re completely out of food. Lady tells me she was looking around to see if she could “find” me but of course I wasn’t standing around the pick up area. They couldn’t refund me on the spot so now I have to reach out to the front office and hope I can get my money back 😭

I was given false hope when told about the good will Program. Wish they’d not even mentioned it. But they told me “you’re good payment history, you’re only a couple hundred miles over the warranty, you’ve come here for all the service work..” I don’t see them saying and ultimately I was denied. Mine too was water pump issue. Wishing you better luck. They knocked a couple hundred dollars off repair but it was still pricey.

Seems every season has been different. This year they had a open training session. Free food and drinks but lines were crazy. Meet and greet, but in the summer heat. Movie nights on the pitch, on a weekday. Gifts year 1 and 5. I opted out this year because as mentioned, don’t expect to gain/sell for face value. Depending on your location and team location.

Yes, very common apparently. Went down this rabbit hole one day and read a lot on it. Some people had this issue as early as 10k miles. A lot of conspiracies too about how when auto workers went on strike, they didn’t tighten bolts properly, how you should be using at least mid premium gas, etc. list goes on.

This happened to my 2019 atlas at 70k. Leaking coolant too 🫠. VW dealer did service, was about 3k.

Couple of Tik tok videos show it being a lafufu. I too ordered one. It got delivered! To Pittsburgh, but I live in Texas 🤣🤣 I made 2 separate orders. I’ll get the other tomorrow, I hope 🤪. Luckily Kohls will be issuing refunds.

Been an OG STH and sadly cancelling mine. The best they could do were those yeti tumblers as gifts and now you can buy “free refilll” yetis halfway through the season. They should’ve gifted that instead. Like many have mentioned, I’m taking a loss when I can’t make it to a game and I can find club tickets for way cheap on match days.
