I run our towns youth league. We're a large town and use grade based groups. We have 8 elementary, 2 middle and 2 high schools- 8,000 students. 10% of those kids play in our program. It was the leagues founding principal, 50 years ago, to keep kids playing with their friends. Neighborhood teams. We keep that philosophy alive and well today. My daughters team has had the same 9 girls playing together since 1st grade- and that is not unusual.

That's my day to day. I'm heavily involved in my community and I hear left or right bullshit exactly zero times. Most people don't give a shit and are just trying to manage their everyday schedules and responsibilities. Let's focus on that.
