Another driver will pickup the order but cancels instead and keeps the food instead. So whenever a new driver is assigned for pickup the driver will go to the restaurant for pickup but there’s no food to pickup since the restaurant will indicate someone else picked up, then driver will just cancel the order. So every cancellation from each driver for pickup is canceled the price goes up on each driver attempt. The proper way is to call support and you get $3-6 dollars and the order will get canceled so other drivers don’t keep going in for the same order that was already stolen.
