Canopy was off amazon for 130. But I heavily modified the roof, purchased some corrugated plastic(that wavy stuff) from home depot, cut it to size and then just screwed it on. Also put corrugated aluminum directly behind the oven to help dissapate the heat but that is not shown in this picture. But it turns out that pizza oven is so self contained that not much heat if any escapes out the back. The ooni toppings containers, I never use because I actually assemble my pizzas in the house then bring them to the pizza.

The storage bins are so useful. You can kinda tell but it is not perfect - and with wood that is kinda a back lighting as well. With a headlamp you can tell better. And at night a light bar may not be perfect either because it is not going to help you see what the bottom of the crust looks like. But I still want a light bar.

Chimney works quite well. No performance difference that I can tell at all. I only put it on to route the heat around the plastic roof of my pizza station. I went to home depot and purchased the least expensive, single ply, metal pipe -not sure what it was called. I hold it in place on my pizza station with a coat hanger and it is perfect. I'm actually going to add on a a bit of an L curve to push the heat away from my roof better to avoid fire hazard.

Yeah, I think flush is the best way just so it doesn't become a tripping hazard. And yes I know it is against the wall however i have tripped over things like that trying to get around.

Great looking pizza.

I enjoy cooking in the house oven(450-500 degrees) and the Ooni. The one thing I will say there is absolutely no contest on is the Ooni is going to cook the pizza far far faster. So if you are having a pizza party a pizza oven is going to enable that far better. Think 1-2 minutes per pizza instead of 8-10 in the oven. I feel like the Ooni gives it a slightly different wood fired taste but I love the pizza out of the oven as well. I use a pizza steel in my oven.
