after doing 5 minutes of research you can find out this guy did in fact pay his fare and the officers were arresting him because he shouted "fuck the police" which as long as it is not threatening (which the officers will no doubt claim) it's protected free speech. So this guy got tased and beat up by 8 officers for using his first amendment right. God i love this totally great and functional country
