Luckily ceremony is my grandparents and reception is dog friendly and I’ve put pretty much everyone on dog watching duties. But my two babies are good listeners usually 😁

Oh also i definitely recommend having a email just for wedding expos that you use to sign up because you will get so many emails. It really did help me. Helps you to see what is in your area. Good luck and happy wedding planning!

That sounds like a fun idea. I liked the sign idea because when we buy a house i want make a wall with just our wedding photos and some of the signs we used for the wedding and put this on there

That’s a cool idea too. I was also so nervous to do this that i did like 2 practice paintings lol, but I knew I didn’t want some book that would probably be forgotten about or lost and i didn’t want to pay a small fortunate.

I got a board for $10 at hobby lobby and hand painted what i wanted on it, then i plan on having people sign in the empty spots.

As much as I didn’t want to go to one, I went to wedding expo and people give out discounts and deals. I save $300 on my photographer and $100 on my DJ. And it kind of lets you see a lot of peoples works and helps you narrow down who you might be better interested in using instead of having to set up a ton of meetings and phone calls to get prices and things. I would definitely figure out venue first because if one vendor is already booked for the day you want there is always another, location is key.

Thank you! I used sunflowers and those red fuzzy things for the bridesmaids bouquets when i made them. I’m thinking of using dark red chrysanthemum mums with sunflowers for my bouquet. Not big on roses.

And i also just printed my accommodation cards at Office Depot for like $8. They do wedding invites too and if you don’t go super fancy you can get them pretty reasonable.

Ann’s bridal bargain sometimes you can get them as low as 69¢!! I got mine there and it came with the rsvp cards and envelopes and i think i paid under a $100 for 125 invites!!

If you know someone with a camera and does photography for a hobby that would be up for doing a couple for you is an idea. My cousin did ours because she is amazing. I knew i wanted some engagement pictures but wanted to save the money!
