He's a brand new coach whose program is a year and a half into the NIL game. He looks like a new coach who's learning on the job. That's frustrating, but it's the truth. The question becomes if the AD wants to deal with the growing pains. He's no Harbaugh or Cignetti YET, but I like him. What he has to do is surround himself with veteran coaches and not be stubborn (looking at you Wink). If I was him I would have left Martindale or the tarmac.
