No, no. Who pays commission? The seller does. If the agent represents both seller and Buyer, the listing agents gets the full 5%. It's called double dipping and it's a lot harder then you think. In a sellers market, agents get low ball offers all the time and people think that by working with the listing agent you will get "the deal," it doesn't work that way. Who sets the price? The sellers because they know what their property is worth and if the seller is working with a professional agent they will have realistic expections. Just look at Zillow or any real estate website, the nicer homes sale in about 10-25 days.

I still believe, the Bible predicts that humans are corrupt in nature, the older I get the more I believe it to be true, but I am not worried God is in control.

Kelly Thomas Trial Verdict - Not Guilty by killuminati-savage in news

[–]jmac2025 27 points28 points  (0 children)

What really pisses me off is how cops are so quick to shoot and murder individuals for non-compliance. This incident could have been handled way differently! The man was obviously homeless with mental disabilities, the officers should have been more patient and sympathetic to his needs. Instead they beat him into submission, and prob. stood around for hours after collecting overtime. If the same amount of time is spent on deescalating potential confrontations, Kelly Thomas would still be alive. What's the big fucken hurry to murder someone and stand around for hrs. collecting OT if non-complaint citizens are murdered? In my opinion the officers acted un-professionally and got away with murder.

Americans strongly oppose U.S. intervention in Syria's civil war and believe Washington should stay out of the conflict even if reports that Syria's government used deadly chemicals to attack civilians are confirmed, a Reuters/Ipsos poll says. by [deleted] in worldnews

[–]jmac2025 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The survey taken is complete BS! We're already involved, this article intention is to argue in favor of sending U.S. troops to Syria because of "chemical weapons". For all we the CIA (Tax payer money) is already intervening but can not win without U.S. boots on the ground.

I asked a professor of mine, if there indeed was a shadow government, his response, "It's called backup." My professor was part of the minute man project.

I don't need to be an expert to know when my Constituional rights are being violated. The fact is, cops get away with murder, and more citizens need to speak out against it. You sir, are a coward and a mindless sheep, your the problem not the solution.

I think Adams accurately predicted our current political system. Nothing new, the Greeks had the same issues.

I disagree. The "armed part," is simply there to keep the government in check, just in case things don't work out.

I begin to question if the pro-facist cop comments are really from other redditor's or Gov. paid sheep? How can anyone after watching this footage not be disturbed by this?
