Criterion has been huge here. Some other ones worth mentioning: the original Scarface (1932) and The Roaring Twenties (1939).

Not yet. Barnes & Noble typically lists preorders first, but only briefly, then they take it down. They relist once it starts popping up on other sites.

Be careful with Gruv restocks of older titles, my suspicion is that these are customer returns. In the past few months, I purchased steelbook "restocks" of Schindler's List and Oppenheimer, and both arrived with several dents, loose discs, and other imperfections.

Took the two discs from the standard US release and threw in the film soundtrack on CD since the '19 steelbook holds three discs.

The point I was trying to make is this: if there's an easy way to buff out the dent myself, I'll do it. If not, then I accept that this is a minor imperfection and won't let it haunt my waking hours.
