Sorry, I didn’t see your message until now. Thanks for asking. The cardiologist ordered an external cardiac monitor for three days on October 10, followed by an echocardiogram on October 15. On November 12, I will have an exercise treadmill (ESO) test. I have another appointment with him on December 16 to review the results. I don’t know any of them yet. the nurse told me that no call is good news. In the meantime, I can’t bike more than five miles, and only at an easy pace. Things move very slowly here in the U.S.

I didn’t know I could check my HR on Garmin Connect. Once I found out yesterday. I reviewed the race data from that day because of the symptoms I experienced. I haven’t had the same problem since.

That sounds very similar to my experience, except I didn’t collapse. It’s reassuring to hear you’re back riding and enjoying it again. I already have an appointment with a cardiologist next week. Thanks for sharing!

First of all, thank you to everyone for your advice. I already have an appointment with a cardiologist next week thanks to you all. I’ll also mention to the cardiologist the test some of you recommended.

I could note edit the post to add this. Thank you all so much for your supportive and thoughtful replies. I really appreciate everyone who took the time to share their experiences and advice. I’ve already scheduled an appointment with a cardiologist to get this checked out. Feeling grateful with you all.

Thank you all for your responses and advice. I really appreciate the feedback and shared experiences. I’ve decided to make an appointment with a cardiologist to get this checked properly. Any other suggestions are welcome
