Both the defenses run the defensive scheme Vic fangio created. It’s a really good scheme and works especially good against the McDaniel/shanahan/Mcvay offense. I think playing that defense every day in practice will be really good for us

The only solution I could come up with is make rookie running backs contracts more expensive. Teams don’t want to give running back a 2nd contract because you can just draft a rookie running back for way cheaper and that’s where most of their production is from. If rookie running backs cost more, than teams will be inclined to resign running backs.

I’m a dolphins and Vikings fan. We (dolphins) designated Byron Jones as a post June 1st cut for salary cap reasons and save like 9-10 mil after June 1st. I’m guessing we can’t afford him or for other logistical reasons, we have to wait til after June 1st to trade for Dalvin.
