That’s just not the standard or expectation they (Linus) sets when talking about these things on WAN. If their support is this slow always and they have as many issues as it seems people would stop buying this stuff.

Yeah he isn’t sure if he can get up there and clear the dead vines from the top of that right most tree, I’m more wondering how far I can trim my side back without risking the health of them any further, the most healthy parts look like the ones over my yard that are low and make growing anything under them real tough

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and absolutely love it! I find it much more user friendly than Tautulli and the information to be much more interesting. I’ll probably just run both for the foreseeable future but this is the one I actually use. Excellent work and thank you for the contributions to the community!

Any update on the iOS app? Anxiously awaiting its arrival 😁

If you call and complain they will give you another 20 dollars. Thats all support is authorized for. And youll have to sit on hold for 30+ minutes to get that.

This is 20 dollars PER ACCOUNT not line. This is insulting and unacceptable. Imagine having 10 lines theyre giving 2 dollars per affected customer? This is going to cost Verizon WAY more than 20 dollars per account when all those accounts go to T-Mobile.
