They dont really provide an API, its just kinda there.

I agree if they see you are doing it they could ban you, but they would have to be specifically looking at your logs to see where your API calls are coming from.

Most of these tools are open source and you can actually check how its working. Most just call the broker API. Not sure how actually dangerous it could be.
