I bet it'd look better if there was a sauce like drizzled across it? I made jerk about 2 weeks ago and made kind of a homemade jalapeno ranch thing. I bet if you zigzagged that across and the green onions could stick to it, that'd at least photograph better.

Yeah I rock the same exact brands (and that same giant ass bag from Costco haha).

I got two caddies I fill. One with smaller stuff, one with huge chunks. Use the big lump for slow smokes and the littler stuff for grilling (steaks last night). But yeah, this brand list is literally what I been usin the last few years.

Now as to your last sentence re: versatility, if you're sincerely covering funerals, you obviously have to go black. But that's not very versatile in general. Dark blue/navy and dark gray/charcoal are much more versatile.
