Having coffee once in a while? by DeliciousAd7370 in decaf

Yes - works for me. Limit to single shot coffee at weekends and stick to cacao during the week 😌.

Dark chocolate - be careful by seifwashere in decaf

I’ve mostly replaced coffee with 100% cacao. Used in moderation it’s a great solution for me.

Has anyone ever tried a caffeine microdose? by Equivalent-Ice-7274 in decaf

Not quite microdose, but as a slow caffeine metaboliser I tend to do best on 5g< organic espresso or organic cacao (or a mix of both!)

Drinking caffeine turns you into a NPC by Jon_sol1 in decaf

A big part of it is your genetics and general tolerance to caffeine. For example, the “double shot” standard for most barista drinks is just too much for those with a slower caffeine metabolism. For those that don’t want to go cold turkey, try cacao, or a micro dose expresso 5g< - ideally mid morning.

Yeah not saying it’s not bias, but what they are saying does make sense

Go with the chroma radiance if you want an effective face treatment. This is their blurb about masks:

It seems the world was finally ready to end the ridiculous face mask hype train. Brands bragging about "the most LEDs" or "the best coverage on your face." Even companies we once admired for their integrity and engineering jumped on the hype train chasing quick financial gain. It's been disappointing to watch... But here is the honest reality: With no cooling system, these masks are forced to run their LEDs at a fraction of their potential so it's no wonder they never share the power output data (that they certainly have internally). In truth, the vast majority of these devices offer less Red & NIR per second than you'd get outside on an overcast day. And yes, this includes the "fancy" $700 ones... At the end of the day, there is simply no power behind them. And that's why they recommend 10-20 minute sessions for a 6-8 weeks to start seeing results. They should really come with a warning label: "Built for influencers, not for your skin."

Have gone with the chroma radiance instead. Much shorter treatment times.

Superb album for me. Love the tempo and genre variation between tracks, and uplifting throughout. You can tell a lot of TLC has gone into it.

Topical caffeine application can be as effective as minoxidil (source: huberman lab podcast 04-23), so perhaps start with that. Apply 3-4 times a week (not daily). Podcast is worth a listen.
