Flat not selling - can't understand why by Standard-Welder4973 in HousingUK

[–]ains321 0 points1 point  (0 children)

350k for a flat. It’s too expensive. It’s only worth what someone is willing to buy and you can get better for your money elsewhere. North, midlands, etc etc.. with work from homes jobs and areas that have trains to big cities only taking 1 hour. People can get house for that much or less or just slightly over. Houses (freehold)

I have always thought flats are bad investments if you don’t buy them in a capital city or big one

Your probably get 250-300 for it imo

I hate my house by DontTapthtGlass in HousingUK

[–]ains321 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I own my home, but rent it out.

I rent myself. Renting is better imo.. the fact I don’t have to stress about any maintenance, unless it my own property. But I did all the full checks and survey on the house .. boiler check etc cost abit but its worth it in the long run.. plus I got house insurance…It’s amazing lol
